Welcome to the Barbershop. The Swill Barber is back in business, ranting and writing and doing all of those things that you've come to love (or hate, if you're one of those people.)
So here we go with the initial weblog entry from everyone's favorite Couch. I'm doing this for a class (JOMC 50 - Electronic Information Databases) here at UNC-Chapel Hill, so it may or may not be updated. But so it goes.
I'll throw you guys a few links to catch an idea of my interests. First up, the daily basketball bible, written by Lang Whitaker - The SlamOnline Links. It's updated mid-afternoon five days a week and I'm buggin out every day before it gets posted. I need my bball hookup. Next up, check out ESPN.com. A quality website for the fans of every sports except bball, hence my addiction to SLAM. If you're a hip-hop head the way I am (growing up in Brooklyn will do that you know), and need a daily hip-hop fix, check HipHopDX to get the juice. And one more the road. And be sure to check the official BC paper of record - The New York Times - Jayson Blair be damned!
