Whutup kids?

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive. Haha. That is waaaaaaaaaay overdramatic. Really, I just left my laptop at home in Brooklyn and I only have internet access at work right now. And it'll be like that for two weeks (WAAAAAAACK) So those of you used to late-night AIM convos or off-hours facebook- or myspacing need find some other form of entertainment until I get my comp back.

I can tell you, living in the Dark Ages is NOT awesome. Well, at least when you've been using the Internet since you were in 6th grade a/k/a 1994 a/k/a I beat the curve and you didn't, so ha. Prodigy, whut! (Yeah, that existed once.) This also means no Web site updates for those of you hanging on them ... But since you've been waiting since the end of July, at this point, what's two weeks?

I'll hit on some more stuff this weekend, hopefully -- contrary to popular belief, Oneonta is big enough for a library. Until then, B well, B easy, BC.

A rider to be attached to the previous post, playwritten. I call this "The Day After."

An apartment. THE GIRL is eating breakfast. THE ROOMMATE ENTERS. THE ROOMMATE makes coffee.

THE ROOMMATE
So Couch, huh?

THE GIRL
Yeah he was here. ... And then he left.

THE ROOMMATE
That bad?

THE GIRL
Wouldn't know.

THE ROOMMATE
Wait, what?

THE GIRL
Wouldn't know.

THE ROOMMATE
Like you didn't have sex?

THE GIRL
Nope.

THE ROOMMATE
Really?

THE GIRL
Nope. Nothin. Didn't even kiss me.

THE ROOMMATE
Is he straight?

THE GIRL
Think so.

THE ROOMMATE
I'm confused.

THE GIRL
Me too.

I have intimacy issues. And there's no reason I should, but I do and I hate that. I'm just ...

... tired.

And it's my own stupid fault, and I know it.

Which makes it so much better to think about.

Which I can't stop doing.

Can somebody say Downward Spiral?

I am one lazy Webmaster. I did do some work on the site the other day. I'll update soon, promise. Also, I'm going to start putting my update emails as blog entries.

Things that amuse me, and likely only me, because nobody else pays attention to these things, No. 479 in an ongoing series:

Quoth Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly's character) on NCIS, Tuesday, Sept. 5:

"I got a better chance of hooking up with Jessica Alba than these guys do of infiltrating SeaLift."

NCIS is easily the best Dark Angel-alum series I've gotten sucked into.

Except for Numb3rs.

And Supernatural.

Ah, who am I kidding? That show altered my life. Just remember that Jessica Alba would've been my 7th round LLFD sleeper in 2000, equating to my 14th round thieving of Minnesota Twins stud starter Francisco Liriano a/k/a "The reason my fantasy team ran away with the regular season this year"

I am a golden god.

I'm on drugs!

... I dig music ...

Nah ... I'm on drugs!

Oh, pop culture. Wrap my insecurities in your comforting blanket of cotton candy fluff.
